I was able to improve my grades the best I could and graduated in 4 years. Now 10 years later I know what works for me and how to make myself successful. I am never ashamed to ask questions or try different methods of understanding. Every individual is different and has a different learning style. I am a visual learner and like to read/see what I am learning. With my current job, not only am I a financial advocate, but I also assist in training all the new advocates that are hired by Mountain States Tumor Institute. I have been recognized by upper management to think outside of the box and find ways of learning that fits everyone. I’m disciplined when it comes to completing an assignment, focused on the end results, a quick learner, motivated and organized when it comes to learning. But with having strengths there are always weaknesses. I can get frustrated easily, but have learned to combat that, by looking at the whole picture and seeing if there are different ways to complete the task. I can be hesitant when studying a new style of learning and having to step out of my comfort zone to see if it is a style of learning that will benefit
