Who would forgive the person who killed your beloved family member? I wouldn’t do that, but I recently read an article about a 59 year old woman in Minnesota who forgave her son’s killer, Oshea Israel. After that, the woman even invited the killer to live next door as a neighbor. My real life example of mercy is when the woman in the story forgave her son’s killer. This story teaches us that we need forgiveness today because if we fail to forgive, people will have wars and arguments everyday with different people.
