To start the participant’s showed a series of common goals. During the trip many of the participant’s wanted to have a good time during the trip and simple have a vacation. Throughout the film a lot of risk involving equipment was shown by it being lost, destroyed, or not used properly. One of the major time that the equipment is not used properly is during the rock climbing scene where Vic makes the participants swing across the rocks and leaves Alan hang from the rock without someone to watch him or the equipment holding him in. to help minimize this risk I would make sure that there is enough gear for the trip. I would also make sure that the gear is being used for what it is intend for properly.
The third risk that was show was environmental risk. To start the participants were thrown in too many dangerous locations and weather conditions. This risk is seen many times in the film especially during the point in the trip where Vic disappears from the group and leave the boys to fend for themselves during a dangerous thunder storm in the middle of the night. To help minimize this risk I would make sure to check the weather conditions before taking the trip and I would not take my participant into environment they are not prepared

If I told you that there could be as gripping of a western film as ‘Hell or High Water,’ in today’s pop culture, you would tell me that I was crazy. The stellar performances of two unstoppable bank robbers, Chris Pine and Ben Foster, and a Texas ranger out on his last case before retirement, Jeff Bridges, make this dream a reality. Jeff Bridges, Ben Foster, and Chris Pine star in a revolutionary movie that was created to bring back a culture of western films. It is bound to be a classic western heist movie, and might be the 21st centuries equivalent to ‘Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid.’ Pine and Foster play the two brothers that have nothing to lose.…

To properly deconstruct the white savior myth embodied by Romeo Dallaire, it is first important to understand the concept of white savior films and how problematic they are. Blogger Feministfilm defines White Savior Films (WSF) “as movies that feature a white person coming into the lives of a person or people of color who are often low-income, troubled, and/or severely oppressed. The troubled times that the people of color are in can be a product of oppression from other white folks, or their own doing. Either way, the White Savior comes in, quickly sympathizing with the problems of the people of color, learning what needs to happen to solve their problems, and in doing so, wins their favor and becomes their hero”. This phenomenon has become especially popular in historical drama films.…

Spring, summer, fall, winter and spring is one of the representative movie of director Kim Ki Duk. I appreciate what he had done in this movie and I think the movie spring, summer, fall, winter and string is a good movie. The reason why I have that thought is because director Kim Ki Duk can produce the movie with deep insight in a short period and limited budget. Furthermore, the movie can bring out the Buddhist core value, for example, the concept of reincarnate, karma etc. In the first scene of the movie, the apprentice torture the animals by tighten the stone on them.…
