By reading the article regarding “White Privilege and Male Privilege", I think that the author is talking about the privileges, special provisions and the easy way, white people specially white males live easy life compared to other minorities races. All these fundamental privileges that have white males allow them to have an easy life and to acquire considered unearned assets. It 's like a passport that allows them to have access to every desire and whim easily. In general, being white seemed to be the access key to the easy life. It seems they do not have to work that hard like other people of different race to get everything they want.

If I should need to move, I can be pretty sure of renting or purchasing housing in an area that I can afford and in which I would want to live (2) & (4) I can go shopping alone most of the time, pretty well assured that I will not be followed or harassed. I have been disappointed after failing to get the job so quick. After a few months, I was advised by a friend who asked me to go apply for a job that was only intended for everybody but the minorities were privileged and prioritized. He told me that since I speak French as the main language and English as a second language, I would probably have the chance to be selected for the position. He assured me that being bilingual could be an advantage that would benefit me to get the job. Immediately, I submitted the application, I have been called three days later for the interview and got hired with unexpected benefits. Even if the position was intended to minorities, regardless of my skin color, my competence and my ability to speak two different languages were what had saved and helped me to get the job. I don’t really pay attention to the skin color.
