White collar crime is usually handle by the FBI regular cops can’t really grasps white collar crime it takes a lots of skill because white collar crime happens in businesses most of the time regular police such as State police only handle street crime . State police and city police usually handle crimes like shootings, robbery, kidnapping, assault, and selling drugs or using them. Punishment that occur to the victim of the crime all depends on how bad the crime you committed is. Some punishments result in just probation or even just house arrest but that’s for the baby crimes like having a little bit of marijuana on you or something like that. Most of the time probation occurs when poppies get out of jail and already did the time but they think they can’t trust all the way yet they put them on probation so the first time they mess up they go right back in jail. Most street crime punishments result in jail time same goes for white collar
