When we are vulnerable we close our minds to new points of view. We are scared when we are vulnerable and close our minds because that is our first reaction. Being vulnerable can also help us gain different points of view. We can gain different points of view because to be able to get away from our vulnerability we have to open ourselves up. There are many things we do in a day that can make us vulnerable that we do not even realize.
There has been may of times so far at USD when I had to force myself to be vulnerable. The first time was on move in day. We were all vulnerable as coming to a new place and not knowing anyone. I had to make all new friends and learn how to live in a town, coming from the country. I am also not from around here,
