Subject: Amendments to Travel Plans
Importance: High
Dear Traveling Executives,
The new proposed budget plan is being applied to our travel techniques. We are seeking a more effective and economical way of meeting so we can use the funds to support our company well. It includes using videoconference equipment and web conferencing instead of traveling to meetings, staying at reasonable price hotels, organizing flights based on time, and flying from a suitable airport. Black and Decker is being economical in all departments and desire to achieve a customary system.
In fulfilment of this new budget plan, please avoid hotel surcharges for phone calls and internet access during your hotel stay and be considerate when returning all rental cars by sending it back with at least half tank full.
Thank you in advance, for taking immediate action on these new travel changes. We value your work and efforts greatly!

Sincerely,
M. Juhasz

It takes strategic planning within an organization such as Cape Fear Valley Health System (CFVHS) to help recognize their goals, activities, and resources necessary to fulfill their overall vision. Fritze states that a budget is the gathering of data for the preparation of anticipated cost and revenue for a future period (2001). Budgeting for CFVHC is crucial for overall supplies and services along with the many different departments that must plan individual budgets because it will raise awareness to reduce economic risks, therefore ensuring survival of an organization (Fritze, 2001).
