When Is Texting And Driving Wrong

Everyone has the ability to agree rationally that texting and driving is wrong, however, how many people actually obey the law? Very few. The law to prevent texting and driving was implemented in 46 states. The reason being is to protect peoples lives. Being in a moving vehicle not looking at the road is a error bound task. Studies show that people can't multitask properly with basic tasks so who in this world thinks that people can text and drive properly. Well Texas, Montana, Arizona, and Missouri don't care if you text and drive. This is astonishing to me.
Society really needs to get on grips of understanding that we can make the roads enormously safer by joining to stop texting and driving. Having multiple prior near death experiences
