When I Came To American Culture Essay

This is a life story on family how they came in America over 25 years ago. This will include a story for all five members in period of five years and what happened with each member. The story is told by the elderly couple. I met with this couple in one afternoon last week in their home to make the interview. This couple is my parents-in-law (P. and S.), and it’s their life story of why and how they came in America. They are born and raised in Bulgaria, but their backgrounds were come from Armenia. The first time they came in America to visit their relatives it is been in 1987. They went back to Bulgaria to get pre paired to move out. Others like to share it because it takes the pain away and make them feel proud of surviving such as terrible time moment. I came from the same country but I am way younger than my parents-in-low and during my time living in Bulgaria I hardly can remember this regime time. I know the Bulgarian culture, but P. and S. house had some elements from the Armenian culture as well. And this is why agreed with Schensul and Schensul how important knows something about the domains of the narratives’ culture. The questions I used during my interview were made directly to the story and I try to not get off the subject, but also to not make it uncomfortable for them. I did mention at the beginning those people are part of my family and I hardly have something to make me uncomfortable but most defiantly we had a lot of distractions. I was reading in Schensul and Schensul about accepting hospitality and make me think for a second, because any time someone came over we are offering water or coffee, but a lot of people do not know how to react because they do not know the
