When focusing on what I am grateful I have recognized many other things that are forgotten through the mix of life. By keeping a gratitude journals, they taught me mindfulness, love and the importance of relationships, and the importance of friends and family because when you keep a journals and focus on positive psychology.

I am thankful for my mom because she is so supportive of me. Also when I need something she is there to give it to me. Whether it is something for school or something for school. The importance of family is that they will be there for you and really won’t leave you. In addition to writing the journal mindfulness was present because you are think about others and their emotions. My emotions on while writing the journal were grateful and blessed. After writing the journal I feel that she could get a little more resignation because of life getting and the way. Also with her crazy work schedule it is impossible to do nice things together. My thinking after the journal changed because sometime the things that we as for are petty and can be done later and can wait. She does not need to do the thing that we need that minute because she has a crazy busy life as it is. The change to events in my life changed. Even though we go all out of christmas and Mother's day, that we could celebrate her more on regular day and doing little things throughout the year.
