The Cold War initially started when World War II ended, is thought to be the “war of wars”, between the former Soviet Union and (Communism) and the United States (Democracy) and their respective allies. The Cold War was waged on political, economic, and propaganda fronts and had only limited recourse to weapons. The Cold War came to an end, when both the Berlin Wall came down and the Soviet Union crumbled.
