The muscular system is the organ system that allows movement to occur throughout the body. It maintains posture in the body and is responsible for producing heat. There are many different diseases that occur in the muscular system. Muscular Dystrophy is a genetic disease that damages muscle fibers in the body. It causes weak muscle and a loss in muscle mass. Mutations in the body try to take over the production of proteins which is needed for the production of strong, healthy muscles. Muscular Dystrophy is mostly common in young boys during childhood, but this disease can occur in anyone. There are no current treatments for Muscular Dystrophy but there are some medications and therapy plans that can be taken to help manage symptoms. The article attached discusses an idea that may be a cause of Muscular Dystrophy, weight and children. Carrying children is not an easy task. Kids are heavy and if the person carrying them is not in shape, it can cause serious problems on the person’s back.

Weak muscles in the back have been traced to a risk for lower back pain or Muscular Dystrophy. Eating healthy and exercising has played a vital role in protecting your bodies from all the diseases mentioned. Exercising can also be dangerous for muscle pain if it is not done correctly. Straining your muscles can damage them permanently. It is the little things that make a tremendous difference in your lifestyle. This article overall had a fantastic eye awakening for myself. It made me stop and think about my lifestyle. Walking daily after class goes along with this article, in my opinion. Walking helps make you lose weight which is also helping your muscles out. This article mainly referred to unhealthy mothers carrying their children causing back pain, but it can be encouraging to any person to get out and do something about your health before it is too
