Most commonly asked question is “What's in my food?” Most food contains artificial flavors, sugars, and addictive chemicals.These things added into the products produced can cause long term damages on growing bodies or full grown adults. Most factors produce are pumped full with sugar or the fake step’ sibling ,high fructose corn syrup. Not only is the sugar added but, artificial ingredients or flavors are as well. Don't worry there's more, the body can get addicted to “junk food” the “ highly rewarded” junk food. The added ingredients takes over or hijacks the brain’s biochemistry. By having this happen, most people can't stop eating and gain excessive weight. So, next time at the grocery store look for the ingredients and think what is …show more content…
Something that most people consume everyday without a thought. Most average people dont know whats in the food being bought/ consumed by them and, produced by companies. By adding these chemicals into the body it can cause allergic reactions, when the immune system doesn't recognize the flavoring it goes into hyper drive. The body tries to fight it off which can mess with the so called signal and causes dairy, peanut, wheat, or gluten, allergic reactions to normal foods, a peanut could be eaten one day, the next time the body doesn't recognize the extras added in and reacts by trying to fighting it off. Not only is it the chemicals being added it goes along with the coloring dyes used for eye appeal. The dye is used with crude oil which is also found in gasoline, asphalt and, tar, yet people still consume the treats with no thought. Hyperactivity in kids have been linked to the dyes as well, as impacting their learning skills, most likely by raising the chances of ADHD. Some food dyes like Red 40 can also cause headaches, most likely from being made of a chemical called naphthalene, commonly found in mothballs, the other dye Yellow #5 also known as tartrazine is made from coal tar; nevertheless, companies still use the colorant for eye candy. No its not needed yet, the brain can't control the cravings our body activates when the high rewarding carbs or ingested, it is human instinct. Gaining the weight slowly killing our bodies and, pretty much asking for acne to appear is not something most people want. While at the store read the ingredients. Do The math of grams of sugar per ounce. By doing these annoying tasks most symptoms will go down significantly, creating a healthier lifestyle. Having things in limits is the best thing, over consumption of fake foods will cause many unhealthy and unhappy
