What's How Great Was Alexander The Great?

The question that we are all trying to answer is How Great was Alexander the great. Is that really the question that we are asking I mean His name is alexander the GREAT. Well AS you have probably guessed I am in favor of Alexander the Great. I believe he was great. His Greatness brought Julius caesar to tears. He built a strong empire at a very young age, 20. He was born in the back woods, macedonia, so he did not have a great chance of being great. He fought and won many battles, that shows leadership. Alexander and his army conquered persia which at that time was one of the greatest empires. It takes a great man to defeat a great empire.

But it took 10 years for the empire to end. It ended because when Alexander the great died and he didn’t name an heir. It made his generals split the land. Groups of people fought for the throne. Nobody can lead an empire like Alexander the great.In his battles Alexander killed about 100,000 people. His empire at it’s tallest height was 2 million square miles. Rome’s Empire at its greatest height was 200,200 square miles. That’s really big. In his empire Alexander the great founded 70 cities. He founded all of these cities by conquering other empires.
