To make this a complete argument in needs to be relatable. If a argument can pull a couple of strings of the heart, readers are more likely to accepting of your statement. For me as a reader Sheryl connected to me in two acaution. The first one is when she was at a business dinner with other executives. At the dinner the guest of honor spoke and did not skip a beat. That is difficult because people could only ask questions if they interrupted him. However the guest of honor didn't have any problem when the men in the room had interrupted him, its when the women in the room started to. When Sheryl tried to ask a question he lashed out on her and said “let me finish! You people are not good at listening.” The guest of honor was still shaming the women executives for interrupting him while he spoke. After the meeting one of the CEOs pulled her aside and said he understood what she was feeling because he was chastised for being hispanic. To me this disgusted me, how another human can belittle someone for their gender and color of the skin. Everyone has a voice and they should use it freely as they choose. In this world people can't get one word out without it being striked down by people who are stuck in a cliche. The other thing she said was how women are surrounded in fear. Fear to be like, dislike, being a lady, not being a whore, and etc. If you think about it women are stuck in fear, just as a simple as wearing clothes. Men can wear whatever they want and people won't bat an eye. Women have to be more aware because if they wear something to short they are considered as a whore or if they wear men clothes people assume they are lesbians. The list goes on and on because this world keeps putting high expectations for women. I found that disappointing that women and anyone can’t be who they are. Without people discriminating others and putting each other down. It is 2017 and we still
