Ever heard the lyrics “I’m dreaming of a white Christmas” before? Well I think most of us can boldly say we would love to have a white Christmas every year. The snow brings in the holiday feeling even more. A feeling just as equal to that is when you sit by the fire and sip hot cocoa while it is snowing outside. I don’t know about you, but there is a sense of comfort when I do that. Speaking of feeling comfortable, my most favorite part about the weather is I am able to wear thick articles of clothing like sweaters, coats, scarves, hats, and gloves. Those pieces of clothing can basically be worn in one portion of the year, which is winter time. One of the most common tradition amongst families today is where the kids get to open one present the night before Christmas. Those presents for my family is pj’s. Another tradition is everyone my family has to sleep in the same room, which is usually my parent’s room. My mom and dad, along with one of my brothers cram in the big bed, my other brother sleeps on a small mattress on the side of my parent’s bed, and my sister and I sleep on a big mattress at the end of my parent’s bed. It always seemed like the night took so long, but we’d usually get up at 6:00 am. A final tradition that happens every year in the Fullmer family is breakfast at my Grandma’s house. After we opened all of our presents and it is the time my grandparents usually get up, we all pile into the car where we cruise to my grandparent’s house and eat a yummy breakfast. Grandma usually makes golden hash browns, glazed cinnamon rolls, and juicy sausage. That is one of the many things I look forward to when I get up on
