Rome wasn’t always so broken, it used to be a beautiful place. But soon Rome fell, people call this the “Fall” of Rome. Rome didn’t fall for just one reason, but it did fall for many reasons. To start off, we have foreign invasions. Many times Rome was attacked by foreign invaders. An example of foreign invaders are the Huns. In document D Roman historian, Ammianus Marcellinus writes about the Huns and how they live and how they were strong to invade Rome. In the document it states, “The Huns exceed any definition of savagery.” This shows how the Huns are very tough, fierce and cruel.
