The word “leadership” can be defined a variety of ways. The term is defined based on one’s own personal experiences and creed they go by. I personally believe there is no right or wrong answer on what leadership is and, people’s personal definition will change several times in their life. Based on my experience at ECU and in the College of Business, leadership to me means staying true to yourself and working hard.
