Uber, during the Sydney Siege too underwent a crisis where the hike in price was due to, high demands which have caused Uber, being heavily criticized by the netizens. This talk taught me that, though most of the time, money is everything in the world that we are living in now, however, it does not work that way to Uber at that particular time. The fear of Uber losing its reputation prior to this incident, Uber then decided to offer free rides out of the city.
