Militarism was the belief/system that puts more importance on the use of advancing military strength. It was the use of creating more and more weaponry and strengthening the numbers in the military. Militarism was one of the causes of the war to end all wars. It was the “arms race” France, Germany and Britain were trying to outdo each other with not only their size in numbers but also weapons.
