The Progressive Movement was a movement caused by industrialization’s many social and political problems in America. During the Progressive Movement, journalists exposed the 1.)government’s corruption and 2.)the unhealthy working conditions in America, 3.)the reformers want to the government to listen to the citizens, and 4.)the number of educated citizens increased which all of these causes caused 1.)better working conditions, 2.)a more efficient city government, 3.)democratic state government, and 4.)more business regulations. There were many causes of the Industrial Movement. 1.)The journalists exposed corruption in the government and 2.)the dangerous working conditions for people. Many accidents happened in factories that could be avoided
