= The ability i improved on during the programme was to be able to work on my indivuals needs at all times. This ability was a massive improvement towards my performance as i normally dont like working by myself but knowing that i had alot of skills and drills i needed to work specifically it made me focus more on the specific things that i should be focusing on towards the session i did.

for example in the modified murph we have to do 20 burpess, 40 hand release push ups and 60 squats then a lap. in the modified murph the biomechianl principle of balance helped me to improve my balance while doing my 60 squats. Spacing my legs evenly while increasing my base of support , making my body lower to the centre of gravity made me in a good stability position where i cant lose balance while doing my squats, While doing my squats this really helped with my muscular strength. Muscular strength is when youre producing force using muscles. Squats is a muscular strength exercise which helps my muscles get stronger and bigger so it can produce alot of force for the muscle to use. Hand re,ease push up is also a muscular strength exercise as it shows that the more push ups you do the more stronger the muscle get meaning that if i do the 40 hand release push ups a couple of times and then do it the next day the same amount, my biceps and triceps will be able to do 40 hand release push up easy because of the amount of froce that has been proudce within the muscle making some continous exercises easier than
