I have chosen the book The Outsiders and the scene I have chosen is when Johnny has killed Bob in order to save Ponyboy. Ponyboy was in the situation where he was being drowned causing him to faint. During this time the details of what Johnny really did are unknown since Ponyboy is the narrator but Johnny ended up killing Bob which caused Randy to run away. Ponyboy and Johnny later run away to try and escape the fact they just killed a man, even if it was self defense they still killed Bob. If I was in this situation along with Johnny and Ponyboy I could say something about how I’d be all tough and defend Ponyboy but let’s be honest, I’d probably act just like Johnny and be scared and act out of fear. Let’s think this through, Bob and randy
