I missed my chance to attend LatCo and EuroXPro last month because of the exam and this time I would not want to miss my chance to participate in the international congress. I asked myself “when will I ever have an opportunity to see 126 countries work together towards one common goal?” And I know that this chance will exist if I attend IC. The thought of being able to see people all around the world work together to achieve common goals is just amazing. I also would like to create meaningful connections across

Most of my VPs are self-reliant. Until today, my leadership style has always been supporting and delegating. If I got chosen to go to IC, then I will delegate all the tasks equally to my VPs and for sure, I will do follow up and check up with them frequently. I will also set up a reminder email in advance to be sent out even during the conference so; my VPs will remember the tasks that are assigned each of them to do before I leave the country.

What will be your unique and awesome contribution to AIESEC in Canada 's delegation? (Max. 50 words)

It is for these reasons that I find myself repeatedly falling in love with this organization over and over again. I have learned more about myself, learned more about AIESEC and gained more confidence in my ability to continue with this

My greatest strength is that I am a compassionate person; I am easy to approach and I am a good listener. I have been told that I am a person who can empathize with others, and consequently, people find comfort in sharing their stories with me. Compassion is an important characteristic for a physician assistant to possess because patients should be able to feel comfortable in the care they are receiving during their most vulnerable state. Also, as a student, I am very inquisitive and eager to learn new things. I am constantly reading up on the news whether it is about the country's economy or an article on art history.…

Leadership is imperative to supporting the foundation of succession in our society. It is important that we exercise our God given right to utilize our sphere of influence to the best of our abilities. Although leadership may gain you more recognition throughout society it is not about the affluence one can acquire; leading is solely about guiding others down a path of success so that future generations can more easily learn from our mistakes to pass down to the next generation. That is why I believe mentoring and any position of leadership should be central to young adults to set the example for the impactful youth.
