Just like working out the results of anger and forgiveness, it is essential to work on the triggers that flip your switch. Do you know what flips your switch?

~Practice Forgiveness
Everyone has different triggers. Your triggers are still there even if you are learning how to forgive quickly. It is not logical to believe that you will never experience anger and frustration with another person. It someone is selling you that theory, you are buying into an unrealistic and invalid program. Those triggers and feelings will always happen to some degree, that is what makes you human. How you learn to identify and deal with them is what makes you functional and happy.

Your triggers are personal. It can be helpful to examine triggers of others to see if you can begin to recognize your own. What is it that flips your forgiveness and unconditional light off?

~Family dynamics
There is a theory or expectation that siblings are supposed to love and support each other. Many parents go to great lengths to try and encourage this kind of situation within a family.
