We as people, also, are not in control of this function. Unless there is some sort of medical condition interfering with this production, it just happens. Simply just being able to remember is all it takes, and they also aren’t just something we can pick and choose over. Of course, the boring ones are the hardest to remember and the ones that mean the most to you come like it just happened yesterday. Likewise, memories aren’t just that special trip you took to Hawaii 2 years ago but it can go as little as being you dropped your toothbrush in the sink 2 days ago. And they can all be uncontrollably brought back to your mind and remembered at any second, just because of the simple fact that it happened.
