A leader that will resolve, and know who to manage various situations. A leader who will have an impact on this world, and leave a legacy of his/her work behind. As many people believe, being a leader is a natural talent, and few people had taken it and made extraordinary things with it. A good leader is defined by the qualities he/she possesses, and how they manage to achieve the goals they propose themselves.

Violence. Even though both men were considered excellent leaders, violence undermined that leadership for both. They shared various traits that made them people admire and respect them. In Julius Caesar's case, we can read about people describing this trait in the play made by Julius Caesar, although this play is fiction based on historical events, we can see real facts about that marvelous Caesar that Romans fell in love with. "He hath brought many captives home to Rome/Whose ransoms did the general coffers fill/Did this in Caesar seem ambitious?/When that the poor have cried, Caesar hath wept/Ambition should be made of sterner stuff/Yet Brutus says he was ambitious;/And Brutus is an honourable man./You all did/see that on the Lupercal/I thrice presented him a kingly crown,/Which he did thrice refuse: was this ambition?"
