I think we have all been there; we’ve all been misrepresented, misquoted or misunderstood in some way, at some time in our life.
Can you remember how frustrating that was? Would you agree that the misrepresentation cost you a promotion, a friendship, financial advancement, a reputation?
Let’s turn the tables, how often have someone’s reputation preceded them and you made a judgement based on what you have heard, or you avoided a certain service provider based on their reputation, we make crucial decisions based on how things or people are presented to us. No wonder king Solomon the wisest man ever to live on earth said that a good reputation is worth more than gold.
