What Led To Macbeth's Downfall

In the English literature no doubt Shakespeare was one of the greats. He formed the language that we have today in some sense, he brought roughly around 1,700 original words we use today. His play genres which were history, comedy, and tragedy. He made 37 plays; 11 history, 14 comedy, and 12 tragedy. One very famous tragedy that shakespeare made was called Macbeth. This was a tragic hero play, which meant the main character has some sort of flaw (ambition) combined with fate or external forces (witches) that leads him to his downfall. The 3 main things that led Macbeth to his downfall are the his unchecked ambition, the witches, and over confidence.
