What Leading Examples Of Prejudice Is Everywhere

Prejudice: the idea that ones belief is better then another. Often times without realizing it, prejudice can dictate a person’s life by making their opinion rank above others. “How common is prejudice?,” one might ask. The answer to that is prejudice is everywhere, but can most often times be seen through homophobia/ sexual orientation or preference, strength and weaknesses such as men being superior to women, and appearance or physical features.
One of the leading examples of prejudice today is homophobia. Often times, not always, the LGBT community is treated unfairly. For example, when applying for a job, a heterosexual may be considered more qualified than a homosexual. According to workplacefairness.org, a gay, lesbian, or bisexual individual
