There is a wall in san francisco with a poem from some of solder immigrants. The wall was then painted after a few years but to this day you can see a little of this different language “the language, actually marked on an old tongue” ( Camille Dungy pg82) the person was definitely suffering like the average american. This poem had mattered to someone at the time, and with the dialogue the person whom wrote this poem was willing to talking with other poets.
