Transformational leadership is an approach that capitalizes on the motivational and moral process that occurs between leaders and followers (Northouse, 2016). The leadership team within Seminole County is inclusive of the Quality Management Manager, Dependency Program Manager, Dependency Program Director, Director of Program Operations, and Executive Director from the corporate office.
