What Is Theseus A Hero

Improved Essays
A Greek God should be .....
Strong, Noble, Loyal, interesting, intelligent, courageous, powerful, and caring.

While having all the qualities of a traditional hero, such as strength and courage, he was also intelligent and wise. His early adventures benefited the city and region of Athens, helping in a big way. Theseus, could of been a good hero because he offered to risk his life for everyone in the town. He offered to be the one who killed the Minotaur in the maze for all the fourteen children, seven boys and seven girls.
Theseus did this by tricking the Minotaur into thinking he was somewhere where he wasn't and surprised attacked on the Minotaur. He had a long voyage home from Crete.

However, Theseus is also not a very good hero as he
