This affidavit is designed to show the court the probable cause we have to continue further investigation of the apartment of Theodore Berger. We have beliefs that Theodore was responsible for the abduction and murder of a 10 year old girl named Lucie Berlin.
On June 9, 1904, there was reports of a 10 year old girl named Lucie Berlin that went missing. We would like to request a search warrant for a man, that goes by the name of Theodore Berger.
