How does having a belief (in something or someone) help us to conquer fear and keep hope alive?
-When you have something to hold on to, to live for it gives you strength to do whatever you want to do.
Is rehabilitation possible? Are we obliged (as a society) to rehabilitate criminals? -Its possible, but then again some people never change. You can only help or save a person if they want to be helped/ saved.
What is justice? What is truth? How are justice and truth bound together? -Justice is when someone is corrected for theire wrong doings. If they committed a crime or broke a law then they would have to pay the consequences.

As you will need to explain your opinion carefully, make sure you record your evidence and reasons. - Yes I do think he made the request on behalf of his inmates because he wanted/ needed to make new friends in the prison. What he gained was a few bottles of beers and new friends.
