Female were set to failure no matter how much they have achieve and surpass their male peer. In this society where it’s major domain by men, female intelligent and ability were ignoring and their gender was use to identified them and their capability. In such a world that female will find their career path are full of obstacle because their gender is being the target for all kind of discrimination and stereotype. In fact, if they were compatible similar to their male peer and if they do get hire, women will receive salary that much lower than men. However, there schema that women use family as an excuse to leave their profession, which making it seem as it was women fault. The unequal treatment in science was not because it’s a masculine culture, but the truth is that women are not recognize to be a scientist no matter how much they are qualify for or better than any men, the title was meant to only be for men. There discrimination among scientist, where a lot of things are build just for men that women are not accepted and their achievement are not recognizing.
