A problem, almost like an epidemic, has been occurring for way too long for children who are forced into this hell like system. The foster care system has been happening for as long the system has been around. Yes teens and children can be rebellious and of course unwilling to the homes they have been put in. Most times they have good reason to do the things they do. It isn’t easy for a child, in most cases, to be taken away from their homes, their families, and basically sheltered from their normal life. Most people who have tried fighting the foster care system for rights of the children have lost. There are many problems with the foster care system but there are many ways to fix them
