To begin, I would start in the United States. I would focus on the big cities in the country one at a time. I’d start observing the behavioral pattern of these cities, which would help me to get a better idea about who’s mind needs to be manipulated and why. Afterwards, I would visit local, state, and federal prisons to get the prisoners in a positive mindset. Doing things such as these will enable the United States to develop an image of what the world should be, and hopefully encourage the other countries along the way. Once I’m done in the United States, the countries with highest rate of crime would be helped next because that is where my superpower will be most needed. Being an elementary education major, I love the feeling I get when I know I have helped a child want to succeed in school and in life. With my superpower, I would get the feeling of saving people a lot, which would make me become more and more passionate about my job. My job is to manipulate peoples’ minds so that they make the right decisions so that they can better their lives and not ruin it on one stupid mistake. Taking away people’s ability to think for themselves is the biggest issue with my superpower. The saying “you live and you learn” has been said for quite some time now. The more mistakes you make, you know what not to do and ways that you can better yourself from the previous mistakes. An individual needs that chance to be wrong in life and use that chance in future events to be right. If I’m controlling them, are they really becoming better people even if I’m using my power in a positive manner? It surely creates an ethics controversy, and who is to say which end of the spectrum is the correct
