One of the most important factors to long term success is having a support system. I will rely on my friends and family to motivate me through this goal and count them as my social support system. The friends that I have met in college also have the similar views as me but with slightly different goals However, my friends love the gym just as much as me so I could definitely use that as an advantage. Everyone in my family is now adjusting to finding healthier ways to live life such as eating healthier and finding new ways to enjoy exercise. Knowing that they are on the same mission as me makes me only want to do better.
