Cannabis is a very controversial drug in today’s times; in fact, many ask if it is safe to use but many also believe that it is the gift from the devil and that if we smoke the special blend of herbs that we are giving into the temptation of his devilish ways. On the other hand, I stand for the legalization of marijuana because I personally believe in the major use and mass production of said drug. Throughout, time people have constantly been studying and practicing different forms of drugs for a number of purposes. For instance, the drug Marijuana or what may be referred to as yarndi, weed, pot, ganja, stick, joint, hash, cone, choof or chronic is mainly a depressant which slows the brain down. Such as, the approximate 7,000 accidents documented do to the cause of marijuana in just 2002 we can assume that by now that number has doubled, but the number still remains pretty low. About 85% of the country’s population receives Federal Student Aid and about 200,000+ of that percentage has lost their aid so with that being said if weed is legalized then more money will be going to more students.
