The legacy that he left behind is like no one else in history. There is so much mystery surrounding the life of Edgar Allan Poe. Poe is known to be many things. He is known to be a poet, alcoholic, mourner, among many other things. Poe is known to have had abandonment issues since his younger years, when he always felt like nobody wanted him and everyone around him died. I’m sure the heartbreak that Poe had to go through put a significant toll on his well-being.
