Two hundred and forty years ago, this great nation was brought into existence, which came with a notion for liberty, equality and a dream of growth and determination. Every citizen who is either born or choose to become of this this country, often referred to as the “Land of Opportunity”, has the ability to do or be anything they wish if they put their mind and heart to it. As a child of two immigrants who came to America with nothing, this phrase truly resonates with me since it shows that America can allow people to be who they were meant. Due to this, a sense of gratitude comes about and pride of one’s nation. A word that is almost synonymous with Americanism is Freedom, which truly embodies this nation since we are free to do what we want,
