Due to the fact I showed up exactly on time and didn 't use my fifteen minutes safe zone arrival time I ordered to write 4 page essays; am writing this essay about the importance of time to the United State Navy and general use of time.
To understand been on time someone have to know what it means to be in time. To be in time is been punctual and accountable responsibly. Besides that he/she asks himself/herself those questions; what is my attitude towards time? Is showing up on time important to me and my friends, shipmates, or family? Time is said to be without start and without an end. However, human beings are able to measure as years, months, weeks, days, hours, minutes soon and so forth. Truly time have meaning, in human history use of time separated human beings from each other. Those who used their time become fruitful and those who didn’t remorse their whole life. “A stitch of time saved nine” is a popular saying. It brightens the importance of time in life. It means that an act done in time saves from unwanted distractions and inconvenience. Time is the most influential factor in the world. It is absolute. Everything in this world is derived or directed by time. Until no human escaped the hold of time. There are a lot of people who had a different insight in time and can be characterized history 's crazy figures of punctuality. For example, George Washington is one them. To mention few of his acts George Washington asked “a man to bring him some horses he was interested in buying at five in the morning, and the man arrived fifteen minutes late he was told by the stabl groom that the general had been waiting there at five but had now moved on to other business and that he wouldn 't be able to examine the horses again until the following week. Washington’s promptness extended his mealtimes as well. He ate dinner at 4 o ' clock, and when he ignited members of congress to dine with him, and they arrive late, they …show more content…
It is often said small amount of lateness is okay. Whereas, in the united state navy its different being on time is considered late. United state Navy personnel are required to show up fifteen minutes before the time they have to show up. A lot of reasons are reasons for all that. United States Navy has been in service for centuries in those couple centuries the united state navy learned allot and adopted a lot of systems to perform its job. Showing up fifteen minutes early is one of the United State navy’s big courtesies that have been going for a while. It is one of the courtesies what makes United States navy more successful and dominant in the world. It is important to be in before time in the United State navy. Among these reasons the once that stay tall most are professionalism, ability to stay out of trouble and not failing shipmates. To be late to work can cause not only yourself but everyone in the chain of work. It is like fire one comes late everyone is late unless someone risks covering the personnel. To be in right place and right time is extremely essential to the United States navy. It influences the entire United States’ security and defense. Besides that Showing up before the time enables personnel to be safe. To illustrate, safety of every united sates navy personnel is so important to the mission of the navy.
