A very simple example of this trait is that they need to maintain 'A ' grades in all academic courses (casalg.org).Homework should be completed by 8 PM and reviewed with parents. They need to be sincere and honest in showing and disclosing all the school grades achieved at home.
Reward: They will get to go to Disney land at the end of the year, if they maintain 'A ' grades throughout the course of the academic year.
Consequence: They might have to work hard over weekends and may miss some of the outdoor activities.
Engagement Rules at home Kids need to be considerate and respectful of each other 's emotions and should have patience to listen to different suggestions. Elder one needs to be open to younger one 's comments and not dismiss them right away. Younger one need to respect her elder sibling and follow her lead at most times. All discussions and conversation should be done in a polite and respectful manner. No usage of bad words, shouting or selfish behavior is encouraged.
Reward: Younger one will look up to the older one due to better communication and mutual trust. Elder one enjoys playing and teaching younger one as she feels proud. Trust in turn lead to privileges for both. (casalg.org).
Consequence: Both will get timeout if intolerance leads to quarrel or shouting match.
