Parents may be more swayed to send their kids to Benet if it increased their child 's chance of on time graduation. Afterall, college is not cheap and every extra year spent at college is more debts to pay. Benet Academy could be the school parents send their kids to that is private, small, but still has all the positive opportunities of a public school. If Benet were to offer more classes of interests and allow students to take them, it could also increase the amount of students that actually attend Benet. Benet could attract a much larger audience if its schedule for its students was not so strict. More students might want to go here because they could take challenging classes that they are interested in instead of taking challenging classes that they are being forced to take. At Benet, students are told what to wear, how fast to eat, and are required to be on campus all times of the school day. Letting students choose what to learn could make the student feel as if they were at least in a little control of their education. If they felt this, it could increase their want to go to school and also the overall attitude they have while they are at school. This change could make Benet a very happy and healthy environment for adolescent. Having more classes to teach means less of a boring day for the teachers who have to teach the same material five times a day. It is true that this may be a teacher 's job, but if a simple fix could make their jobs more enjoyable, then there is no reason not to make that change. Instead, they could teach multiple different classes. Then each class can be approached with the same amount of enthusiasm as a teacher has during first period. This would ultimately improve the learning environment of students and work environment of teachers. Perhaps though, a reason for the limited options of classes is because of the limited supply of teachers Benet has to offer. This can be solved by hiring more teachers. At first, this may be financially hard. However, as time goes on and Benet 's program is improved hopefully it will attract a bigger audience than it previously did. As far as finances, hiring more teachers is like an investment. There is a chance that Benet could lose money, but if Benet invests carefully and wisely there is a greater chance of a
