The problem that needs to be solved is the homeless. We as the people are the only ones that have a voice and can change that. We could all donate money to be able to build buildings for the homeless so that they could eat meals and also have a place to stay and could be warm. While doing this we could find people to donate time to help the homeless get back up on their feet and help them get financially stable, So they would be able to go live a normal life. The government has plenty of money to donate so I believe that if the government would donate and help us start this project it would benefit lots of people that are struggling to live a life where they could live on their own. Also there is enough money for people to eat and be able to
