The structure of the workforce has changed dramatically in the last decade. Not only by the shrink of wages but also in the way the personnel is used. While in the previous years we used to work for more than eight hours per day, after the economic crisis employers seek for new forms of unemployment, ending up to part time an eventually to gig economy. What is gig economy? In this model most jobs are temporary and common and are covered by individual contracts independent "self-employed" individuals.
