There were many changes in the Articles of Confederation and Constitution. One being the power changed from people of the the whole nation are sovereign, while the Articles of Confederation stated now states are sovereign. Another example was the Constitution gave a lot of its power to congress while the Articles of Confederation stripped congress of its power. Congress has no power over interstate or foreign commerce, it consists of one body and each state has one vote despite what the constitution had stated. Congress now only had specific delegated powers. Lastly the Artictles of Conferdation stated Congress consisted of one body and each state had one vote no matter what the size was, while the Constitution stated Congress consists of
