Percy Jackson a twelve year old boy, decides to tell us the of his past year. At the beginning of summer, just after sixth grade year, Percy discovers that something is wrong with him. Or on the other hand, maybe something is right with him. He becomes aware that he is a half-blood: half-human, half god. He is taken to camp half-blood in New York, a camp where kids like him do not have to worry about attacks on half-bloods.. At camp is where Percy learns about who he is: Poseidon, god of the sea is his father and he's a brother to Zeus and hades. When Zeus’s master bolt( which lets him create lightning at will) is taken, Poseidon is charged for the theft. Zeus gives Poseidon an ultimatum to return the master bolt to mount Olympus by the longest
