On 3-2-17 at approximately 1100 hours, I contacted Brabeck, Julie via telephone. I asked Brabeck J. if her husband came home or if she had spoken to him and she said no. I asked Brabeck if I could have her husband’s cell number to try and contact him, Brabeck said she had his phone.
I responded to her address and contacted Brabeck, Julie. Julie was still very intoxicated and I could smell the strong odor of alcohol on her breath. Brabeck allowed me to search the residence to check the welfare of her husband. Brabeck J. was the only one in the residence.
After clearing the residence, I went down stairs and Brabeck said, “he said he threw the guns in the snow.” I asked her where he might have thrown the guns, Brabeck J. said we would not
